i have a long history of winning flipaments, my first big flipament score being back in '73. ive won aprox. 317 flipaments since then.
ive been training all week, so im definately physically/mentally prepared.

I'm fairly new to lp, haven't posted much but I've lurked around for some time. like most, my friends from sc introduced me to poker. I didn't become serious about it until a couple months ago really. I've dabbled in pretty much everything, but decided I'm going to keep trying heads up. I went 12/14 out of the sngs I played today, which I think is a good sign. the players are weak and I find it pretty enjoyable. anyway, just figured I would introduce myself.

So after spewing off over half my bankroll last night (note to self: don't play while drunk and/or on life tilt), I have found myself stuck back in the land of retards that is 25NL. I'm pretty much back at the $500 mark, so I have 20BIs I have to pick up here again. Things started well, with a nice heater getting me up 7BIs in less than 1000 hands, then I pretty much went card dead/got no action for the next 3k hands, and finished only 2BIs up. PokerEV graph kinda says it all really:

Despite the bad run, I'm happy enough with my game at the moment. I've become somewhat competent at pot control, and my hand reading has improved immensely in the past three months. Once the doomswitch is lifted, I'm confident I can speed back up to 50NL and onwards.

P.S. With regards to last night's blog entry and requests for details, it's a really long story and it's kinda weird to tell random people on the Internet all the details on my life. Suffice it to say, I thought I had a read on a really fantastic girl that she liked me, but either my read was way off or she's been giving me false tells for the past two months. I don't think she's the kind of person to do that sort of thing maliciously, but it's still a total mindfuck. Even reading her Facebook profile tilts me right now.

Been a great week. Not particularly running that well... it's the fact that the games are so juicey.
So i'm now officially rolled for 100NL HU. Anyone know who to avoid and who to jump in on stars?

Going up to AC tomorrow until tuesday to celebrate a jewish xmas. Prob will play some borgata tournies and the normal 1/2 and 2/5.

I probably ran good but the table was half fish - half regular. I think I stacked the 3 fishes on the table and only played one or two hand vs a regular (which are mostly NL400 regular anyway). Funniest hand was AQ in CO I open raise, minraised by the highest stack donk in dealer so I call (380~ stack total) and he check raised me with 88 on 39Q and I obviously called. I'm still mostly playing NL400 but since I don't think it is much different I'll play NL600 too (only like 2 tables now, usually only a single one).

I think I started running somewhat bad when I started NL400 but I also didn't have that much of a clue of what was difference between NL200 and NL400, now I'm doing much better vs the regulars. My roll is at 17.5k and I'll hopefully hit 20k really soon and I'm gonna work hard for it. No spew!

Oh and btw does anyone have a clue why ultimate bet with PAH doesn't show everyone stats while they are clearly in my PT database? Also why like 10% of my hands don't even show in HH so not in PT either.

hi,
i moved up to NL100 after i had played 32k on NL50. At first i'm up 5bis but i had to move down after loosing 10bis. So all in all im down -500$ on NL100. Back at NL50 i lost another 3-4 bis. So it kinda sucks, but its christmas time^^
Tomorrow i will drive to my family and maybe take a break from poker until 27th.

Hope to clear my deposit bonus in february and i'm glad to get my 50% rb in january

Here are the PT stats from this laptop. I definitely ran over expectation with the NL2 6max, but the HU is definitely sustainable (6-7bb/100 is achievable).

I received a couple inquiries about lessons - I will be offering coaching ($40/hour on FTP, $40.50 on Stars [serious]) until I am back at NL100, and then stop (unless demand remains high).

Moloch (ipokeder) has told me that he is willing to offer lessons at $200+/hr (negotiable), agreeing to give half of all of his profits to help me rebuild my roll. He is a very good 6-max/heads up player, so this is geared toward the higher stake (400NL+) players.

So i withdrew 60% of my bankroll left br enough to continue grinding on 20nl today and in over 4hrs of 4 tabling sickest things happened ... first 3 hours and half of playing i got sucked out lots and lots of times at a time i when i flopped the nuts i just went all in so i dont lose the hand but guess what i still lost a buy in that way ( a retard called me with A6h on board JQ8 1 heart .. runnner runner flush i had 9T )
so 50 mins ago i sat down and started a new session thinking i can win 10-20$ over a hour or 2 and guess what won 4.75 stacks (95$) over 30 mins unbeliavable some of u might think thats nothing big but its pretty big for me

Tried to build a gingerbreads house tonight with a new method wich was so solid and couldnt fail, but it did.

I've got 350$ in my BR at the moment, and i'll change site and move up when im at a bit over 400.

well played again stars after a relatively slow slow week, won back 2bi and got bonus so yest loss was recovered thank god. i dont think i can make platinum by end of the month but ill try. this weeks kinda busy and i dont know if i can play that many hands, although ive been 18 tabling recently with nice results. i think ill play 18tables from now on to get fpps faster. fuck playing with a high winrate this is microstakes ffs. ive been here since forever lol. i think ill move to ub if things dont go very well this week despite me being up here no rakeback just sux sometimes.

I got this email from party saying I had a $15 free bonus. I haven't been on their site for months ever since I went busto and deposited on stars. I figured, why not? I'll just play on it when I don't feel like playing with my main bankroll.

So I took the $15 and started up three $5NL games.

Two hours later it's doubled to $31. This is like shooting canned sardines. The field is wayy easier than stars at this limit, and I'm also running sick hot. I busted aces with kings twice tonight. Once with a set, and the second time I hit a four-outer straight where he made a set of aces.

What do you want me to write about? I did say I'm gonna write a series of articles, but I don't really know yet what it's going to cover. I'll probably write about the proper mindset for poker (and not only poker) in the next article.

On a side note, playing low stakes is killing me, I'll play a bit more and terminate it.
