There are 3 possibilities, 1) don’t play poker until withdrawal symptoms are gone 2) let the BR fuck and deposit more after withdrawal symptoms or 3) start smoking again.

1) would make most sence, 2) well it’s still cheaper than starting to smoke again. 3) not again.

Played a 4 hour session 4-tabling (1000 hands or something), managed to build my roll over 700usd. AA didn’t come, neither did KK, and only one QQ.

About xmas cards, I’m not going to post any of those. Instead I’m donating $2.5 for every card I’m supposed to send to charity.
Finnish people send about 50 million xmas cards to each other. So if everyone would donate there would be about 125million dollars more for charity.

It’s funny that even thought my roll has been high before. I still feel like I’ve done something great by winning a little less than 9buy-in in one session. Six months ago loosing $655 in one session would have ment nothing. But now even though I could easily reload every time I would bust I feel so insecure about my roll and have not taken any shots at higher levels.

I think tilting my bankroll will end up to be a good thing as when I get my roll back up into the levels I want to play it should also be large enough to deal with the fluctuation.

I’ve got to start playing more.

On avarage I can play one solid session in 3 days. At avarage of 1000 hands to make one buy-in profit it’ll take me about 300 days (100 days of play) to get to NL200.

And to think about it the money you do in NL200 is about 5ke to 12ke month, avaraging at about 8000€/month. That sucks. 8k is nothing. You cannot do anything fun with 8k per month. So to think about it you need to be able to play somewhere in the NL1K 2K or 5K in order to make enough money to live and enjoy living.

I’m still shocked. 8k while playing 30 days a month. 8 hours a day. that is just sick. If you played 7.5h a day and 21.5 days a month for 11 months a year (1month vacation) that would only be about 60k. I mean who the hell would work for 33,33€ per hour or less.

Well actually alot of people but that doesn’t mean that they like that.

Poker is the most challenging thing I’ve ever had to do. Anything you learn from the book is useless without implementing it properly on the right level on the right opponent. Like playing flushdraw on smaller tables. They fall for it every single time. AXs, flop comes with 2 colors. you bet a pot or more with a draw. they call. turn card is blank, bet pot, call, river makes the flush. All-In. and they call with top twopair, trips, toppair, overpair, sometimes even with 2nd pair with A kicker. Same goes with straightdraws. Your implied odds are huge as you know that if they call you on flop they will call the turn/river as well. plus you get the fold equity. All with a hand that’s going to improve about 1 time out of 3.

Not in the mood for long input. Just that with the last hand I lost $60 to another guy with huge stack when my AA was cracked by KK. the money went in preflop. I feel kind of happy since my table image was so loose he felt that he could do the call. but loosing 6Buy-ins in one hand still aint fun. and to think that I could be 12 up.

This evening was full of shit, plaid 6 hour session total of ~1000 hands. The deck was extremely cold. every time I got decent hand I was outdrawn. Only reason I’m not down like $100 is that my positional play is quite strong and my startinghands to no-limp table vary from about 12% early position to about 100% button & SB

And the thing is that I don’t want to slowplay AA, KK but the next 7 hands here show what happens if you play strongly

Damn I hate how it’s going. I was supposed to go to PCA on jan 5 - jan 10th but my wife is at work and she also has to work some nights and there’s no daycare available during nighttime so I cannot go.

Things were more simple when I didn’t have children.

I like capped tables. There are 4-5 people on flop who call All-in($3) and you run good no matter what your draw is as long as it will give you nuts, or something close to nuts.

I just couldn’t belive that such an huge raise would mean set. I mean shouldn’t you try to get your opponent to pay your raise? One aspect would be that he had gotten a read from my previous play. But no that was his third or fourth hand on the table.

I’m also extremely disapointed in my self for not being able to lay down AA on the flop when facing huge raise. Paying $6.45 just to see trips. I need to focuse more on the “what might he have?” and leave the “what does this betsize tell me” for larger tables.

Also full-tilt has the “pot” button right there. Please give us 0.5x pot and 2/3 pot buttons too. Should have raised something like $1.5-$1.75 but not $2.35

Fuck that shit. I was having 4.4 stack to pot ratio on that hand with AA. All I needed was to get the money in. If someone disagrees please comment.

I haven’t played poker in the last 10 days and I still don’t feel like I want to play. It’ll take me at least a month playing full-time to build bankroll suitable for NL200 in order to get some money.

I feel tempted to deposit 20K or something in order to skip all the boring parts but I just feel like I need to build it not deposit.

I think there’s part of me that doesn’t belive in my skills. I need to focuse more, stop multitabling 6 to 8 tables. But I think 4 tables would be fine. I can still consentrate enough on the hands that see the flop but I don’t need to wait too long for those hands to come.

I’m a bit depressed at the moment. Haven’t had time to travel. Last trip was to Amsterdam in june. 4 days of torture to my feet thanks to my wife who likes shopping. Bangkok would be +25 celsius and it’s nite. Rio de Janeiro +26, Baikiri +30. I need about month of rehab in somewhere warm. It’s +5 here and it’s raining. On the other hand I would love to visit tokyo. But it’s about 400 euros per night 4k for flights and +8 at the moment.

Sup guys, im still rebuilding and january seems to be a shitty month so far and ive been struggling for the last 12k hands, down 6 bis.

So i decided to take 2 hours lessons with Fayth, he's a very nice guy and it was so informative. He literally opened my eyes, i highly recommend him he's a perfect teacher for those who want to beat the micro/low limits. He didn't charge me too much and it worths every penny, i consider it like an investment and the roi is gonna be great.

Hopefully i'll turn this ugly month into something good, good luck at the tables !
