Ok so my iPod shuffle came today...SHIP,so I start opening it from like this big box,in which is a smaller box,in which is some fucking 3cm big device which has play on it,so I'm like ok...
I continue to unpack the whole thing and the first thing that went trough my mind was WTF wheres the rest of it?
(Cuz I seen / used only iPod who were bigger with a screen unlike this one.)
So when I finally figured there isnt anything else in the box after detailed examination,I put it together and am happy now obv,felt kinda dumb tho at that time heh...
Pokerwise I've been playing really good making really good reads etc,I'm pretty satisified with my game altho I need to find some more spots where I can play +EV.
Also wanna loosen up my game a bit more...Heres the graph of this month so far,but total winnings are a bit skewd... im up another 200$ which PT just doesn't show for some reason.

I dont mean to sound cocky or anything but seriously I cant really find anybody decent on this site. I used to play on stars and there were plenty of good players it seemed. When I first got on Absolute i didnt like the software too much though it's better than a lot of other sites. It has a fairly small pool of regs at $25NL and $50NL. Most of them multi-table so I get a fair bit of hands in with all of them. Im not complaining though. I'm lovin my winrate there and my rake back so ship it, holla!

Sat at a table with a HUGE fish and managed to get sucked out in every hand I hit vs him. And then when he did the same donk moves to other people on the table, their hands held. So he was basically a middle man for me to donate all my money to the rest of the table, cause he wasn't keeping any and I sure as hell wasn't making any.
Now, on this hand, 2nd set vs flush coming on the turn with an aggro image, I think I have to push here even if we are both nice and deep.

Nice clubs and casinos have some rules, so why not Pokerstars? Here are some off the cuff probably crappy rules I'd love to see made a reality.
-Mandatory Minimum buy-in of 50bb's and mandatory minimum auto-rebuy to 50bb's or auto-kicked off the table.
-Double VPP's for the first 2 players to sit at a new table as some other sites already do this.
-Sitting out lasts for only 1 revolution of the blinds instead of the current 3 which is way too long.
-Auto-Recombining of any two tables half-full Ex two six-max tables with only 3 players will be auto-combined by the software to one full six-max table similar to tournaments. These tables will be clearly marked in the same way that the (Fast) tables are marked in the lobby.
Didnt play much poker the last 3 months of 2007. Besides not having a huge urge to play, i was caught up with work, my girlfriend, and other shit. Cashed out a few times in the last 3 months so im not really rolled for 100nl (IM A HUGE BR NIT). Started playing again about a week ago, fitting in a sesh whenever i got the chance. Only played 10 hours this week but that should be doubled this week. After this month ill probly bump back up to 100nl and so on. Holla!
8-9 tabling now instead of 4-6 tabling. Im catching on to the adjustment, i play much tighter...
I'm taking next year off and moving to Cali with Kadabra, Bikocruz, and Jovial Gent sometime next month. I'm going for supernova elite this year. Doing ok so far with 36k vpp, but I've been running really crappy in cash. I got 14th in the sunday mulligan yesterday, and got 5th in a 109 a few days ago. Made $2300 in an hour of 2-4 so this is good. I'll probably be on the tables more tonight. Gonna record my sunday second chance win through our hand replayer at pokerzion.
so school started today and I kinda hesitated about making a decision to go to all of my classes this semester because I 95% go against everything that I decide on so early on in the time period concerned (which is why I absolutely hate the idea of new years resolutions).
So I actually did not perform the ACT of deciding to go to all of my classes, but instead am entertaining the possibility of it at the moment.
in other news, for about the past two weeks I ran sick bad(20%)/played like shit(80%) and I have a hundred dollars left from my initial two hundred dollars deposit. so I will move down to 5NL and grind it out/spew until I'm back up or broke, at the event of which I will quit poker indefinitely per what I've decided (lol) ever since I wrote my first blog post.
So here's to a new semester and a new level of poker...
My school schedule has pretty much killed all my MTT action from monday to thursday. If I wanna win the $27.50 [$25K gtd] at 7pm (my time), for example, I would be going to bed at around 3am with a class starting at 8:30am... That's why I am going to play full cash games for the next 6months and MTTs in the weekends.
I'm currently $1445 up at NL200 over 8750hands this month. Let's see how much I can make or lose by the end of January.
I also played the Sunday Million and Warm-up and a few more $22 freezeouts at Titan but had no luck. Oh yeah, and I won the LP Weekly tourney for $120 and cashed at the Flipament So because of the sunday tourneys I lost a few hundred but ended up around $1300+ in the day.
I'm up this month around $4500 playing both cash games and tourneys. I hope that things don't change and keep on going the way they are now... on my side
So not that anybody cares but anyway during last 3 weeks i had HUGE up swings followed by HUGE down swings.I was pretty much in a black hole couldnt win anything good thing is i didnt lose anything either so after last 2 days i think im back on track ready to grind off the suckers.I hope i get to 50nl in a month or so wont make the mistake to withdraw that much as last time this time.Its time i fill up my leaks and get ready to grinddddddddddd
WOOT! I am back to 50NL finally doing pretty good so far first day was harsh lost like 5 buy-ins but i am back and up and running working on so many links hopefully to make it up and up this year like i planned at the beginning of the year. So far working on some leaks especially draw leaks that i have found my self with but other than that i am playing pretty solid and i happy with the job that i am doing soon i will come back on how i am doing in 50NL and my leaks! since the start of january, i've been grinding $5 sngs and my BR, starting at $80, would fluctuate between around $35 to $110, but i can never seem to maintain a steady ROI
so what can i do to improve? i am playing super tight until blinds increase, then i mainly start to steal. what hands should i be playing when the levels are low, etc etc
So I was up to 50$ profit but had a bad sesh and I'm down to 43.48$. This fucker had like 100 VPIP and my aces would get beat by his K 9 off on the river. Thats poker though! So umm yeah this won't be a complete whine post. I think I'm still doing well, just grinding away. But I haven't logged enough hands. I play 5-8 tables I think, sometimes just 4. But umm yeah, I didn't play for a few days. I want to get to 10,000 hands because isn't that a decent sample size? Then at 10,000 I can get a fair gauge of my play. I don't know really, I'm rambling. I've been playin poker for over a year now. Started out with a $50 BR on stars playin teh gay limit. Did that for a few months and then took my still $50 BR to NL and slowly started makin the monies. I'm grinding $50NL right now and doing pretty well running around 12bb/100 while 6-8tabling. I feel that I'd be playing higher stakes by now except that I'm a cashout whore. I've cashed out close to $10k since I started. I used to play on stars .02/.05 and cash out like $150 a week there.
I'm a HUD bot and admit I'd be lost without it. Its not that I cant pay attention and make notes and what not, but its so much easier to go with the stats while 8 tabling.
I'm making more money per hour right now than I am at my job, but I cant make the move. I dont have the balls. I'm self employed and I need that money I make every month so I'm going to keep grinding my job and playin poker when I can. But if I can grind $50NL successfully without problems, and move up to $100NL and beat that over a decent sample then I'm pretty sure I'll just go pro, since I know I'll be able to move back down to $50NL and still make a good living if shit goes bad at $100NL.
All in all I'm looking to improve my game and have some fun takin donks monies.
