Well I finally got back to NL5 last night, hitting the $100 mark again. I was pretty excited, because NL2 is just boring because of how slow the money comes in. So today I was out the whole day and started up a 8 table session even though I was dead tired. I play for a while.. things are going so-so and I'm breaking even. Then 10 minutes later everything just goes to hell. Every single hands of my hands are raped. My high pocket pairs get owned, my straights get assfucked by flushes, my TPTK gets bludgeoned by retarded 2 pairs. Sucked out like crazy, ran like shit. I flopped like 1/20 sets and when I did I got no action. When I got AA, everyone folded to me before I could act. And when I could act, they all folded anyways. So here I am, 5 buyins down at $75. Oh well, back to NL2 ONCE AGAIN I guess.

How do you guys multi-table, do you cascade tables or just tile them?
How many tables do you play and how big is your monitor?

I have a 22 inch monitor, when I open 4 normal sized tables they overlap and when I tile them they feel a bit small. So I've just been playing 8 tables and putting them on cascade.

Felt the need to vent or w/e so I guess I'm going to start blogging again.

Still have 50+ buyins but I've just been getting shit on lately. I feel like I still have an edge at 2/4 but maybe I don't......who knows?

Life's good other than poker though. Going to Vegas hopefully July 2nd to the 9th if expedia quits being gay and lets me buy my tickets. Guess I'll update around then pics and stuff.

There is poker in this blog, I promise.

So yesterday I got a call from my mum bugging me to clear out a wardrobe in her house. Apparently it's got some of my old clothes in there.

"I'll do it tomorrow," I said.

"You keep saying that. It's been three and a half years."

This is why my mother cannot play full ring poker. No patience.


So anyway, I am managing kind of okay at NL25... it's not much harder than NL10. At some times, it actually seems easier. One thing it is showing though is my complete lack of techniques other than cbetting... all it takes is for one guy to start floating or raising my cbets and my winrate plummets. I'm going to work on that, so if anyone can give me some suggestions on what to work on after the tag-fish stage, it would be much appreciated.


Not like anyone cares, but the wardrobe has been cleared out.

im tired of poker, bored and saw a good but small business venture i can invest in. cashing out 8k now and leaving 30bi for 25nl. i figure since i can make 3k here at micro in less than a month ill be back to 100nl in no time anyway, and since i dont wanna move up to 200nl coz i cant beat it at the moment, wtf is money doing online anyway? so i guess im just gonna go out and do this - at least it's not for some stupid baller stuff i wanna purchase or pay for. i need my dead money to earn and i also need to have more things to do with much more social interaction involved, coz before poker i used to enjoy life and a lot of stuff in it, now i feel my personal life is so attached to my poker life it saddens me to think i have to run good to be happy irl too lol - doesnt happen a lot if you play at pstars hehe. goodluck to you guys.

just got home from watching the spain italy match @ espn zone, so that was mad fun. the ref in that game really sucked it hard. that was about the stupidest yellow card to villa ever, not to mention the countless fouls he neglected to call. all in all it was a nice day, but now im home, and i have little desire to play so im just relaxing. probly going to stake my friend for a few tourneys or w/e and just relax.

still trying to learn razz, and little by little im getting slightly better. once my cunt of a friend decides that im more important than hanging out with his girlfriend things will really take off and i think withing 2 weeks or so, assuming he helps me w progression(or whenever i get out to see him where he lives) i can be playing pretty decent stakes to make some good money.

if anyone wants me to ghost em for a FR session sometime PM me and ill do it for someone sometime over the next 10 days. just leave me the limits ur playing and why u want it and ill choose like 1-3 ppl and maybe we can set something up if u wish.

15 buyins or so at nl200

After tuesday night/wednesday's little 10 buyin setback I'm having a 3 buyin stop-loss which I hit the last 2 days

I still have little more than 33 buyins for nl200 so if I have 1 more -3 buyin day I'll move to NL100 till I hit 33 buyin again and repeat

So time is catching up and its only 4 days left untill im flying to Las Vegas for a week (or two) to play WSOP $1500 NL events 49 and 52 (and some other stuff as well i hope). I will be living at Bally's Las Vegas which i believe is on the stripp and at least pretty close to the action.

None of the LP-swedes are going there that i know of and im not really close to many people here but if theres some LP-meetups going during the time im there or if anyone wants to show me around in Vegas a bit it would be great! Just write here or PM me if so!

Not really sure what i want to do in Vegas other than pokering, I heard something about helicopter trips to grand canyon which sounds pretty sweet, anyone know what that cost/where you book it?

hes an American who moved to germany and now has a restaurant that is specialized on XXL heavyweight burgers.
I think thats quite a nice idea since germany is really lacking good burgers from my experience ...
we mostly have that McDonalds and BurgerKing stuff in small to very small size >-<

Burgers are like 20-25cm caliber with estimated hight of 12-16cm on every burger theres at least 250g of beef
The biggest of the burgers in the sortiment , called Hermanns Monster Burger has close to 600g beef on it !!!

this may not be special to americans but its totally different to the small and shitty stuff were used to in germany

well.. ever since i broke my shoulder i havent really got back to poker, i have been kind of too much on edge to really play, and the one day i did play, i got really deep into a tournament, went in with about a top 2 pair vs overpair... and got drawn out on, which i realise is not that bad, but anyway.. it put me even worse on edge, so im just taking a break for now i guess @.@

being gimpy is like, really really frustrating at times. and im not even that gimpy, i have use of my right wrist at least. i cant even imagine how it would be to completely have your arm from shoulder to fingers in a cast, or something ridiculous like that.

anyway, im kind of just a big vegetable for the time being but im able to pursue other hobbies.. house music :O

This event starts in 4 days (on Thursday, June 26) and I am contemplating playing it.

But there are 2 problems:
1. I dont have a lot of cash here in Vegas, only like $9k.
2. I am not sure if I want to invest that much in one tournament. This one is much less important than the first one.

There are 2 solutions for me:
1. I run good in live cash games and win like 5k+ before thursday.
2. I find someone who has enough cash here and is willing to trade some for PS money or to partially stake me.

Also, if I somehow manage to solve problem #1, I will be probably trying to sell about 40% of my action in that tournament.

If I dont solve it and dont play this event, then I am probably going to play the $2k NLHE event few days later, to get some WSOP experience before starting the WSOP ME

I was on a tear in June running pretty damn well but I guess all things have to end (and go the opposite direction for an uncertain amount of time). Lost 3.5k today which is the most I've lost in poker ever since 8/7/07 the day I learned to not monkey tilt anymore (lost 4k that day as a mediocre 200nl player taking tilt shots at 600nl blah blah it's in my blog somewhere).

I started playing on Stars. It's tough getting used to the software but whatever. The players are nothing too special in my small sample, but I don't think I've played with ALL the regs yet. The consensus is that stars MSNL is softer than FTP (in that FTP is a lot more aggro and thus high variance). Typically I find myself being one of the better players on the table, with a tag next to me taking me for stacks hitting nonstop sets on my ass. Oh and who plays with PiS.tOtO? God that guy is terrible took him for 1.5k yesterday (which was promptly donated to the pano-lose-with-AA/KK-fund).

I also lost a significant sum of money on the Lakers, FUCK. We'll be back in 08-09..

So life sucks right now and it's like 500 degrees so playing long hours is IMPOSSIBLE when I'm sweating all over the place and also losing a thousand dollars per hour recently. Going to buy a fan tomorrow and get a PS3 with METAL GEAR FUCKIN SOLID 4 as another form of anti tilt for me.
