I'm back to poker but I haven't decided what kind of games should I grind.
Back when I played I was mainly a MTT player who also grinded 50/100 NL, but now I don't have the long strechs of time avaliable to play MTT's anymore, so its either SnG's ou Cash games.
Never played HU games.

after more than a year way from poker, I'm back! I decided to quit to take care of some issues in my life, things that I couldnt handle well at the time. I cashed out all my roll but I'm gonna put some back on PS to get back to action.

I've been an atheist for about 4 years or so and lately I've become more active in the atheist community. I'm dicussing and learning more about atheism and religions. Problem is I have a lot of religious friends. Being more active in the atheist community made me start looking to some of my friends like if they are dumb lol, not that I stoppped to like them or that I keep trying to tell them how dumb they are, it's just that I don't feel as good as I felt before around people that follow such things. I can't stand the idea that my friends believe that shit, that they don't even stop to think about what they believe. I know most of LP is atheist and I didn't want an opnion on a atheist forum, so here I ask: should I stop being active so I can feel better around most of my friends? should I learn how to ignore their believes? I hate to dicuss religion with religious people so to try change them is really not an option.
I'm afraid I'm becoming kinda dumb myself, I really don't know... I know some religious ppl feel bad around an atheist cause they can't stand one person that doesn't accept his god, so maybe I'm becoming like that but in a atheist way? I dunno
when I decided to quit I thought it would make my life easier in some ways and harder in others.
-easier cause I wasn't gonna have problems telling people what I spend my time on anymore
-easier cause now I was gonna have more time for my girlfriend and friends
-easier cause I was gonna have a healthier life
-harder cause I love the game
-harder cause spending so much time in front of a computer has been my routine since, EVER?
-harder cause I was gonna miss the money, the thrill of winning, the motivation to get better and better at something I was actually finding some sucess
-harder cause my mind would have to accept that I LOST A LOT of time of my life with something I wasn't going to do anymore
I was wrong
I don't miss anything and I feel like I'm improving a lot more as a human being than I was before, and for me that's worth a ton. My days are very productive now. I mean, I really DO STUFF! I feel challenged again. It's not easy to study, work to pay my bills, go to the gym, see my girl, see my friends, sleep, etc. I'm feeling like a POKEMON! Battling everyday to evolve. lol
I have so much in my mind now. I have a project to start a business with a friend of mine in about 6 months from now, I'm looking foward to finish my degree (2 years left), I'm planning to travel with my girl and we are helping each other a lot more.
I'm going to business school but I'm also studying computer science on the side (I went to CS school for 1 year and a half), not really graduating, just studying by myself and learning more about what has always been my passion. ATM I'm focusing on learning more JAVA and PHP, it has something to do with the business I'm gonna start but I tell you guys more about it when I actually do it. So many plans on my head for the future that I don't even want to sleep, I just want to spend time producing. I'm sleeping like 5hours/day except weekends but its totally worth.
