Hungover and stupid
  Cooperstown, Dec 30 2007

So I thought today was the 31st and not the 30th so I decided I needed to get silverstar since I was so only 200fpps away. I know I'm a bright kid, anyway I was so retardedly hungover that when I played 6max my head was hurting and I didn't want to think so I switched to FR and just sat and nut peddled. Overall on the day it went real well, made 4 buyins and I got my silverstar after only 7 days of playing 10nl and 25nl and logging some MAJOR hands. On a side note I have determined that Lee jones and the entire pokerstars staff hates me, the hand below further proves it.

Since I can't find my CDkey anywhere for microsoft office on my new computer I'm going to be tracking my bankroll daily on here starting today since I can't track it in excel at the moment.

Bankroll:$502.37

moved up 25nl
  Cooperstown, Dec 28 2007

I deposited on the 23rd and I've been grinding 10nl since then. Today I logged roughly 6k hands and hit the $375 mark which was the point I was going to move up. Moving up didn't start so smoothly ran Q's into a short stacks K's flopped OESFD into a set and top 2 into a set which really wasn't what I was hoping for. Grinding it back up and made the dumbass hero call with A/A on a retarded board and paid a guy off, but other then that it went pretty smoothly and I finished on a big heater. One question I do have for those with more experience since I am still learning 6 max and I have a lot to learn. My line with A/K is the same line I'd take with A's or K's meaning I'll always raising it 3betting it etc. Now if I get flatted I'll lead out any flop pretty much in hopes of taking it down. So far I've had mixed results. Do you play A/K that aggressively preflop or do you slow down? Obviously if it goes raise, reraise, reraise I'm not going to open shove it but in most cases do you go all out? Ok below are the stats for my first session of 25nl.

New computer few questions with PT
  Cooperstown, Dec 26 2007

What is the easiest way to move PT from one computer to another, the database is important but not 100% needed since I just started playing again and I only have 2k hands or so since I restarted.

Saturday's goals
  Cooperstown, Sep 12 2007

Being that it's getting to be the last weekend of decent weather here in Wisconsin me and a few of my friends have a very large goal and hopefully I will have plenty of pics to post. One of my friends owns a house on a large lake in the area and also a pontoon(spl) boat. The plan is 6 of us and his father who was kind enough to volunteer to be the designated captain are going to do our best to float a half barrel and kill a handle of two of rum. I'm hoping to be incoherant by 3:00pm and if all goes as planned the six of us will be at the bars pulling by 10 if we can manage to walk. Pictures soon to follow, let the fun begin!

Move up move on up
  Cooperstown, Sep 05 2007

After a monster afternoon session I will be moving up to 25nl this evening if I play. I had some sick hands one where I won 4.5 buyins with a set over set deep. Lets hope the good run continues.

Moving up real soon hopefully (Brag)
  Cooperstown, Sep 05 2007

As expected 10nl 6max is a easier then Fira's mom in heat. So far I'm up a little over 15 buyins in 3 days. I have been running fairly well in big pots which has helped immensely. If all continues to go well I'll be moving up to 25nl in no time.

God I'm so cool
  Cooperstown, Sep 03 2007

Well I'm 24 unemployed and I now live with my parents, if I'm not a pussy magnet I don't know what is. Pretty much blew my roll traveling, but hey I have a lot of great memories. Since there is no casino near my parents house I decided to deposit $150 on stars and star the grind of 10nl 6max. So far so good, some spew and some coolers have cost me but I'm sitting up ~9 buyins in ~2600 hands so I can't complain. I'm going to take a shot at 6 max 25nl once I hit 15 buyins. Ok I was going to post my PT stats but I'm to retarded to figure out inserting images when I haven't slept in 22 hours. Someone wanna inform me how in a comment it would be appreciated.

Blah
  Cooperstown, Jul 23 2007

Ok so I'm now unemployeed, not like I really had a job previously. The league I was playing in ended up folding giving pretty much 0 notice. I did real well so they are trying to find me a place to finish this season out, however, this late in the season it won't be an easy task. With no place to stay I decided to go to Turning Stone and hangout, so far so good. Played a 21 hour session on Saturday for a +4k net. Hopefully I continue playing well while I wait for a phone call. Also I think I may head down to Seneca for there tournament series coming up.

Interesting live hand
  Cooperstown, Jul 18 2007

This hand occuried at a 5/10 1000 max table at Turning stone. The pot was limped 6 way preflop and I check 7/2 in the BB. Board came 8s 6d 5d and it checked around, turn was 4h. The SB makes it 65, I call and the UTG calls before the aggro retard in seat 6 shoves for $840 total. It gets folded back to the sb who takes about 3 minutes to fold before folding 7/7 face up. I ended up calling here because of that and the shover turn over 7/9 for the nuts. I'm curious what you guys think of this hand. It's a dry pot, I'm very possibly playing for a chop, however, the guy is capable of doing this with literally any 2 in the deck. Thoughts?

Turning Stone updates
  Cooperstown, Jul 15 2007

Well I went a few times this week since it's been so freaking soft and I haven't had anything better to do. No real big hands stand out, played 200 max for a net of $930, 300 max 2/5 for $250 300 max 2/5 for $730 and then last night 500 max 5/5 for $1195. Basically it's just the biggest donk filled room I've ever seen.

Live roll:$3925
