ahhhh i feel awesome right now...just finished my big macro theory exam and i got the weekend now which is awesome. poker is exciting now cuz i got a coach and i am super excited about it. going to get back into playing 6max and fullring. man im excited. going to go play some soccer and hopefully start playing tonight. take care all and GL @ the tables.

ive finally taken the steps necessary to concentrate on playing poker and being more focused and not half assing it. i feel as if i played well in my session, a losing session, but i had some hands i need help with. ive been running poorly the last few days and its taking a toll, but none of these hands were effected by it. please any input would be great.

1. http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/271002 is betting out here better? both lines look SO strong.

2. http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/271001 is this ez fold? or just cooler?

3. http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/271000 i thought i could valuebet here. i was thinking the Q didnt help him and he didnt have a T. he probly had like 99/88/98. if he raises me i fold obv. i felt i had him beat. even so is this a poor bet on the river?

4. http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/270999 i am not one to stack off to limpers w TPTK but i didnt feel he would limp 99...so that leaves 77 and well i figured he could have a much wider range than JUST 77 since thats super slim. i guess i was wrong bout him limping 99. nonetheless is this a horrible felting by me?

well i ended up down 24 bux heh. continued playing NL400 and it went kinda rough. first session i played kinda bad at first and lost some money and i find myself down about 550 or so which sucked and then i made it back and finished up $1.60. the next session i found myself down 750 after a suckout and some losing hands and battled my way back to only down 24 bux. was an awesome day in a sick sorta way

god i feel helpless cuz it seems like even when i try to play well i lose 3/4 sessions. its so frustrating and i feel so helpless and pathetic all the time cuz im losing. this is even me trying to play well...not rly even tilting or making dumb plays.

ever since i switched to FR i just get crushed and i cant stand it. maybe i need to take like a long long break or something...

so wow what a shitty session. i couldnt get anything going dfor the most part. stupid fish kept check minraising me, im down like 2.5-3 buyins...make it back and get up to 1.5 buyins up, only to lose to 2 huge coolers and make a sorta bad call and down 2/5 buys again lol.
