thats a really high variance call where u might have a slight advantage

not worth imo

guy does that with KQ then he is bad enough to make mistakes in spots where u will have a clearer edge...

Not sure why you're laughing at this. Min-raising AA pre is going to be +EV but nobody would say it's the right play.

In cash games you CAN be in spots where waiting would be a better choice. There are outside considerations you have to take into account as well, such as only being able to buy back in for $50 therefore losing potential value in each hand you play against the fish. The other is if you lose this pot, the fish might insta sitout and leave, which is of course changes the table from ++++++++++++EV to +EV.

That being said I think it's fine to ship it here if you're confident you're way ahead of his range. Judging by the stacks on the table, it looks like a lot of people are ready to ship it with something decent themselves and aren't going to let you whittle away his stack with AA.

this call could be worth +5K or -5K in like half a years time because it is such high variance. meh, if i was 60/40 against his range i'd call.

Are you being sarcastic Edzwoo? I hope you are, because that has nothing to do with this hand.
(for those that didn't get Edzwoo's joke: When you minraise AA preflop, you are losing value because there are more +ev choices/ actions.
You can only call or fold here)

This guy limp called direct shove with T4o, and directly shoved preflop at random times. In addition he just lost a large pot, after which he always does something crazy and his shoving range is even wider.

If you know anything about poker this is a snap call even with 'only' 10% edge above his range.

And even if I do lose, I have position and he wasn't going anywhere.

I took back 6BI off of him after that hand.

Well then I fold duh -.-

No money can be weighted against my life and I will not get any gain from his death, on the contrary.

Nothing can match infinity value I place on my life
So the call would be -ev
