So I ran MTT sunday today and got 2nd in the 3rebuy yet again, this time i lost AQ vs K9 then lost another stupid hand, tp vs bottom pair he calls allin and i woulda been monsterous CL but he hit 2 pair on turn FML

so i win 7500 in it today but had around 2500 invested in MTTs today so +5k score

BR $15600

Ok, I never told anyone but a good friend of mine staked me back when I was starting NL25 at 50/50 til 15k, so when I had $15,600, I sent him $7500 +1k investment ($8,500) which left me with $6901. I paid $891 in past debts (sry it took so long naz ($100), Artanis ($200) doomer ($180 left from like a year ago) and a couple other LPers) (still have a couple debts left which will be being paid as I continue grinding, I'm hoping to get a nice base 10k roll again before I pay the rest of my debts unless one of those couple guys needs it immediately)

Now I Have $6,010 n change for Nl100 to start on my own. It took me around 35-40 days to hit the 15k plateau but I finally did it! Woot!

Now I'm on my own, I'm getting close to supernova for sick bonuses as well, WOot! Platinumstar + NL100 is so sick!

I'm going to continue to grind NL100 3-5 days a week and play MTT's 1-3 days a week, and take a day off once or twice a week. I'm going to stay at NL100 til $12,000. If I downswing, I'll go to NL50 at $3,500.

So there it is guys, I've been on a sick MTT tear, and without the coaching and support of LP and jlost88 (lostaccount) and whamm! and gsr_01_integ and so many others I don't know if I could have ever done this, so thx a million guys, as well as the rest of LP and the killer support you've shown in my 4 straight days of winning atleast 1k in MTT's :-)

Ok, I'm off for the night

btw - forgot to mention that my staker for this is going to stake me for some WSOP this summer most likely :-) He made $9500 in the deal overall which turned out to be a sound investment, and now I have all I ever wanted, discipline and I'm a NL100 player, and truly believe I can and will be a NL100 reg for a good long while. (12k or 20bi and 25k hands)

Ryan

because if neilly spew tilted then at least the stake would get some entertainment out of it. You are just a nit.

well, i was pretty much flat broke, and this deal is pretty fair and good imo, because at the time my credibility and image were still in question.

I took the deal, myself and my staker who wants to remain anonymous and some other players worked hard at finding and fixing most/all of my leaks and we excelled

In all honesty, Neilly, you did a great job for the last couple of weeks, but I think that spending $2500 on tourneys in one day while having a $10k bankroll is way too much. There is a good chance that you won't score anything big for a few evenings of MTTs which will lead to your roll getting pretty much crippled.

Just my thoughts and a word of advice .

ya kapol i agree, i was mostly working hard to get off the stake and succeeded, i'm not going to be playing many MTT's until my br gets very comfortable at nl100 and always set 10% br allowances for MTT's, no more

good eye, and i was thinking about that during the day, and knew i wasn't going to do it again. Just been on a sick MTT heater and wanted to run it, I played years of MTt's and understand how bad variance can be, but when its swinging up, its def worth taking a shot imo

I'll be at NL100 loving life all week, do mtt's next weekend most likely

I thought you said that you'd not play any mtt ? I think you seriously need to think twice before posting comments don't you ?

I feel that you're being jealous here, and a little biased, so let me tell you exactly how this all happened.

first off your not being to logical with this statement, since my tournament success.

A. i wasn't playing mtt's when i had a very small roll because variance in mtt's is high, then i had a good roll so i started to play some, but only after i caught my past staker playing mtt's after he told me he would give me 10k if I caught him playing MTT's. Obviously I wasnt going to hold him to it, but he did give me 1k for the sundays 8 days ago (which i ran at 35/65 and won almost 4k and pocketed 1k)

After that, my bankroll was healthy and playing MTT's is a good play to allow from time to time (although I am a cash game player)

You know, I dont give a shit about people tryin to rain on my parade, i'm doing great and MY STYLE can win tournaments, and i believe i can win with 4-5x bb, unlike 95% of mtt players who shove and stack off with 7-20x bb all day, which gives me more edge.

I'm very happy about the mtt's, and now i have a cash roll, i'm not on a stake anymore and all the profits are mine to do what I see fit with, and when i want to play mtt's, my past staker will stake me whatever i need for MTT days.

Things are great, i worked extremely hard to get it, deserve it, and will keep it.

Ryan

I'm not jealous at all, it's really nice that you got some score. What i'm saying is that now i don't know what you're doing now because you always seem to back up your statements. Nothing more nothing less.
Congrats though, you definitely deserved it.
