its is the holy grail that we all seek.
my NL100 graph looks the same as yours ggplz and I also consider myself to be running bad atm. conversely my NL50 graph (where I run like god ) shows an upward red line.
clearly it has to do with making big folds, obv if you make a fold to a turn raise it goes to the red line, where as if you call and bluffcatch it goes to the blue line.
I think the red line is an indication of your 'momentum' in the game? obv if you have losing momentum the table is going to shit on you more and you need to showdown some good hands. so you lose money while waiting for the good hands |

I'm always a long term loser in nonshowdown : But I also hold a solid 3-5bb / 100 which is good enough for me. |

I think you should try isolating limpers with a tighter range. I would cut out iso raising with 45-78s, J7-J8s type hands. Occasionally try overlimping with 22-44.
Basically I think you should keep the pots smaller with your weaker hands and just punish them postflop with potsized/overbets. 45s is a great hand to play in position but it's kind of like an omaha hand: the flop really decides the equity you have in the hand. |
