Anyways if you aren't going to compete why don't you just cut down the boxing? Or if you are really that into it cut down the gym a bit
If you re doing chores after you've woken up it makes sense to have a 2hrs gap for laundry/cleaning/food |

I am back in the Caribbean but generally my day begins around 9am and I have a fruit breakfast or a European style continental breakfast and follow up by a session till around 1130 and then go for carb heavy lunch and usually followed up by some activity like swimming. Then have a dinner and go drinks and falling asleep around 11-1am. I am trying to get back into a more heavy work out routine as I just finished school here. |
