I'm afraid they might cop out with the insanity/dream excuse because as good as the show is, it looks like it's getting in over its head. I have this nagging feeling that the writers dont have a conclusion in mind yet, and whenever this happens the series drags out until they throw in the towel with a "gotcha!" finale, patting themselves on the bag thinking they were so sophisticated. Basically the ending to Lost was fucking bullshit.

bye now

I feel like the writers know exactly what they are doing and are most likely laughing at the audience being so confused.
I disagree with the comparison to Lost, as Lost had about 5000 stories they opened with big " Ifs ", while here there are about 2-3 major questions.
Could still see you being right, hopefully you wont be.

If you arent, I could easily say those are the best series ever made. Everything from plot through soundtrack placement to camera work is exceptional to say the least.

The creator has said multiple times the show will be either 4 or 5 seasons long and knows how it will end. I honestly don't see how they can make it longer than 3 seasons without fucking it up, but then again thats far from my job. Also I do not believe its about how the show will end, but rather the journey ( I know the cliches, right? ) as this feels like the story of so many people combined, working on encryption, anti corporation, privacy and etc. Plus shows the highest levels of corporations as they most likely are.

The biggest problem regarding the show imo is gaining audience as this is far from the typical show everyone would watch.

I think ep 9 was one of the best episodes and it was about to start popping off in ep 10 but it slowed back down a bit. Finale should be good just waiting for Tyrell to emerge. This show is nothing like lost; lost was trash. They know where this show is going.

I havent seen this posted anywhere but i caught it rewatching the earlier episodes of season 2. They gave away the reality of Elliots situation early on. When he is walking outside down the sidewalk he passes a fence with block lettering "not an exit" which was clearly out of place giving away the fact he was actually inside of a building.

Something s not right regarding the whole Elliot- Tyrell - Joanna, I still don't get why she spoke to him in swedish earlier ( last season ? ) as if they know each other, but then after last episode she obviously doesn't act like he s someone she knows, she probably knows him but is aware that he has split personalities? Both Tyrell living or dying make no sense tbh either. I do believe he s dead, but the question to both situations would be why?
The mind games are real.

fun show with 10000000000 easter eggs per episode. this level of attention to detail and the freedom provided to television directors from producers and studios is definitely responsible for the "golden era of television"

this also worries me. I feel a lot of the sensationalist michael bay hacker exercises are becoming too simplified now. I loved season 1's attention to real hacking; social engineering, exploits, and glimpses and good ole fashioned coding and linux. They consulted with hackers to keep it real. Now the show is getting kinda far fetched, with MacGyver level shit. Pop in a simple thumb drive and poof all passwords for everything on computer are decrypted instantly, make a high gain wifi antenna out of a pringles can and instantly find the perfect open wifi network to piggy back off of, already have latent knowledge of cellphone operator protocol and manipulate them into divulging customer information with old school fax documents, etc etc etc.

I dont want elliot to have these kind of God like powers. There needs to be a struggle, he cant just instantly know how to hack anything and everything at the blink of an eye. But audiences are dumb and probably ask stupid question during screeners like "whats all that stuff on the screen! I cant even read it, how do I know what they're hacking in to!" so the writers are dumbing it down. I swear I'll stop watching if he starts hacking in 3d zooming though systems like a video game.

surreal episode.

time rewinds when angela visits the lawyer during the brownout (pay attention to the tv)

angela gets some sort of turing test, are they cyborgs or something lol

Spitfiree   Bulgaria. Sep 16 2016 10:08. Posts 9634

Yeah i thought its a new kind of Briggs-Meyers test, but Turing makes much more sense tbh.
Season finale next week, I feel like they ll fuck with us all and make us wait another year

traxamillion   United States. Sep 16 2016 15:35. Posts 10468

I do too spitfire, every episode has become like this and there is no way this finale clears everything (or much anything) up in an hour.

lucky331   . Sep 17 2016 01:27. Posts 1124

can you guys explain a bit more on angela's test? i am totally clueless.

Spitfiree   Bulgaria. Sep 17 2016 09:50. Posts 9634

I am as well, I'm guessing you already know what Brigg-Meyers and Turing tests are.

I feel liek Tyrell can still be another personality of his somehow
