this guys infinitely lagtarded, put him on a monster or a weird draw on the flop, c/c re-evaluate, he betsbig, how often do i call here vs a lagtard?

didn't see him playing AQ or anything like this, sets JQ and draws..

At best your up against a flush draw. But even still he has 35% equity on you. And how often in this spot do you suspect a flush draw? I think folding flop would of been best. According to his stats hes more reggish then you.

And AQ would absolutely play this way as well... Straight draws/flush draws on board.... Why do you think AQ wouldnt play this way? You think he would really check on turn here?

i would not 3bet pre, the hand plays badly in 3bet pots.

I would not cbet. this is too weak of a hand to cbet/call a flop raise with. it should be used to protect our other ranges.

i dont like this.
1010 on that board is just the wrong hand to call and see a turn.
You either have to go with it on the flop, reraising once more ,or fold to his raise.
And generally,as already been mentioned.this is a spot where you are either way behind or slightly ahead so often, that i would just fold it.The problem gets even bigger with him being laggy and thus pushing many draws here, allowing him to play optimally vs you.
Probably better to bet big on the flop to show strength or to check behind(best imo).

despite having good odds and position, probably just pitch flop. you basically have the nut draw-blocker hand so that weights his range away from draws a bit.

you can't 3-bet flop, and when you call he's going to be in a position to commit himself with any draw on the turn (in addition to his made hands), and then there's nothing for you to do but fold. i mean a "lagtard" is not raising flop with KT or 98cc or whatever to check-fold turn. even if you think he's FOS there's no real good way for you to realize your equity.

nerdonpoker = im posting to learn - you seem defensive in your posts to help ppl, but thx for your insight

stroggoz, what i was looking to know really helped thx

mar ya, ill be flatting here a ton more often now, and will def check back these boards, see now its just burning $ and giving him a chance to knock me off my hand when he may check down or bluff off......when thats all mah hand is

knew it was a mistake, i make them often ! relearnin the cashgames, i feel pretty comfy, then i do something like this, and its the pf that i wasn't too sure about, the flop i know is just terrible, a 2 yr old can spot that lol, get it in or fold to his rr....big spew there i see, now i must not spew!

btw my stats = mixture of plo and nlhe, not just nlhe, which is why they are so skewed.

i play around 33/27/8
