river bluff may or may not be good, hard to say, but i'd rather bet turn again.

pf, he has been stealing a bit, my first 3bet squeeze here i think
but you're right, can def get by nl10 without any restealing

whats the general thought process for betting turn vs river?
wet board like this vs dry Axxx?

best advice - fold pre, make life easier for yourself.

checking turn means you don't have most of your strongest value hands (anything Jx or better), you'd definitely bet with those. he could be calling once to see if you give up (if you have a missed AK or bluff), but he'll even be less comfortable with 10x or worse. you can have all overpairs and he probably can't very often.

but yeah, fold pre. better off doing this with something slightly stronger to occasionally make more hands.

when you turn Q8o into a bluff and the jack peels on the turn, just barrel and jam riv 95% here (thts what i'd do like 40bb deep in an mtt - altho shutting down is ok as well obv

Just remember you need to be god damn sure about their tendencies. -Artanis11 http://www.pocketfives.com/profiles/neillyaa/
