Everyone always gives advice like this, but I think the enemy made a set on the flop.

the reason is that the players at these stakes SUCK. You cant give him credit for a set just cause he miniraised you (AFTER U MINIRAISED HIM). If i'm you i'm making every effort to get all my money in on this flop. If he has you beat, then so be it, but most of the time vs an average player at these stakes pushing the flop is BY FAR a winning play.

raise to 1.20 on flop and go allin any turn except an ace or a diamond... reload if he got it, bankin' if not !
most of the time it is bankin'
stop putting people on the nuts because they don't have the nuts every time you fold. people check/raise you allin on a 33J flop in a 20$ pot for 120$ with 5 high... play your monsters fast !
