4bet is better than calling here, although not too great either if he'll 5bet bluff a lot. If he never 5bet bluffs this is an easy 4bet as you have blockers.

This is rarely a 3bet/call just for how unbelievably hard it is to play postflop in a 3bet pot. The great majority of the time, we will be forced to c/f, and the other times when we actually flop something, we either get it in poorly (like KQ vs KK on a JTx) or we c/c TPGK without ever knowing where we are and just hoping we're ahead at SD. Not a good spot to be in.

I'd make my 4bet like 8.8 here, possibly a few bbs more if he's the type to call 4bets ip (which is also hard but at least you have initiative)
