only thing that hero beats that villain might play this way for value is 2 combos of QTs

or if he would turn a hand like 76s into a bluff here thinking ingo would fold JJ or something that checked flop and played this way betting this big on the riv/ a flushdraw but people just dont bluff alot leaving such good odds when so many draws miss

 pukespot nonetheless

It seems like villain is repping 88 but is probably bluffing almost 0%. Villain needs to be able to spaz AND turn a hand into a bluff a high % here, or just be totally insane. I can't imagine he's bluffing given your bet sizing even though he might take a lot of Qx from your range because of the flop check.

Villain actually jamming on you on the river is a bad beat in it of itself though and should happen almost never.

Posts 3014 | | | | | I think he doesn't value bet QT here. felt kind of like 88. stupid spot for him to bluff imo, he cannot expect to have alot of FE vs me, since it's only 40$ more to win 200$. I'm pretty sure he knows that i could easily have AQ here going for a ch/raise on the flop. He isn't really the type of player who turns hands into bluffs on river. |
