from the little information you have given, it seems to me that this guy is a big nit.

therefor i would be worried when he raises you and calls a reraise.

Call the flop bet, you have position and if he's bluffing you are giving him a 2nd chance, nit is never going to pay you off here with JJ/QQ.

Yea, I agree that my 4-bet will fold out QQ/JJ, so it's a bad play.

If he keeps firing turn/river, should I call twice?

i thinks you must call raise but i would see what he is doing after the raise since you are so feaking deep. But i find the fold too easy when we are 250 bb deep.
