to explain a little bit why:

you berate him calling your flop bet light multiway, which is relatively valid, but then you make the c/c on the turn - what did you put him on, if not a "random gutshot?"

more importantly, he has 43% against you on the turn, which is fortunate seeing how its 2c, but even against the relative bottom of his range you're still not even a huge favorite

most importantly, and what I really shouldn't mention, is that if he's good, he will bet the river here a good frequency when he doesn't have showdown value, making your 33 a nightmare to play OOP

also you aren't really thinking on this level, but your flop bet multiway should be regarded as a sign of strength (as 33 is the bottom of YOUR betting range here), and so his call should be respected even more as you should know he knows

actually he did play it well indeed..
i would float in position with gutshot draw on flopindeed so i canbet if u chek on turn. And fold or raise on turn if u bet depending on player ..

Never give up.

he's just playing position and i soul read him on a bluff. he sucks out river and so im steaming. he only has equity vs this specific hand. i'd take this line with a huge range that has him crushed. i call his turn bet cause he bets 70% pot with what here? if he has anything but a 10 he's looking to get to showdown. so his bet just wreaks bluff.

see the thing is, even on the turn a lot of his bluffs have decent equity against you and he will suck out a fair amount of the time
