mega tilt?

try minraising the button or completing. or you can flat some 3bets and play it postflop too. i dont play headsup so i may be wrong but that seems logical.

well I think flatting is definitely bad

reason I 4bet was because I just expected him to fold since he was 3betting constantly and I hadn't 4bet him yet, though turning a total junk hand into a bluff would be ok there

flop was because I hadn't really been in many postflop 3 or 4bet pots with him and since he seemed like he was way over aggro I could just get him to fold his random 2 cards or w/e.. but I guess people don't really bluff in 3/4bet pots like this

The adaptions you should make against a very frequent 3bettor, is
Minraising the button
Dont open so many hands, like cut out the bottom 1/4 or so. If you oppened 80% to begin with, only open like 60%, until he adapts.
