40/15/1.3 guy.

On the flop he bet smallish so he could easily have AK-AT, but also a FD, or he was trapping with JJQQTT even KK AA as its NL5.

Is the smallish raise on flop ok to find out where I am and get some value from FD?
I had no idea what I would do on turn if he bet again, or what to put him on?
