1) Assume he will always c/bet on this flop ( he will)
2) His PFR is 10
Would it be +EV to just call and let him catch the overcard at the expense of him drawing the flush draw in 20% of times (or what are the odds he can hold it I dunno)?
We can also assume he doesn't raise connectors for the arguments sake ( He doesn't)
Also, he is extremely likely not to have an overpair here. The dude alters bet sizes and probably raises just half when he misses.
