his image really payed off here. He had called a 150bb shove with 9 high no draw before (!) so I thought he could do this with A3 or w/e. The only hands I was worried about was 88 and JJ, didnt think he had 99 :P
Is it a fold? I struggled almost a minute with the call since I rarely see a bluff here but he is so aggro/crazy

He really made a weird bet on the river. If he doesnt have much of a hand, do you really think he'll call such a big raise with much of his holdings? Would have made it easier for you to fold if you had raised smaller (i think), and i dont think you'd miss that much value. But then, i am on a downswing on NL100 so what do i know? |

if I had bluffed, this is about the amount I would have raised to.. ofc if I raise to 250 I can pretty easy fold but in that case I dont think there are any bluffs in his range at all..
His hand didnt make much sence at all, he his an aggro monkey pre so JJ was very unlikely, 88 and 99 ofc is in his range but kinda like nothing else.. He played it very well (and he is a good player) but I consider this more like a cooler then bad play from my part.. |
