I guess I would just put him all in on the river. Board is very dry that's true but why bet the river if you fold to 30 more?

Ok so why bet fold to his not even minraise? I think he has 45 here a lot or maybe some retarded 2pair. But I don't get why you would fold if u bet more than half of his remaining stack.
