i think every street is bad.

Preflop: hands like these work better in position. If you are oop and flop a nut draw, check calling is transparent and check raising is expensive.

Flop: You are not beating too many hands, he could be bluffing a open ender/flush draw but you at best marginally ahead.

Turn: I think you beat AK and QT at most, and they are not too likely to 3 bet all in.
