I don't really think I'd lead the flop here, there's so many people and any allins on the flop you're 50% at best really, higher flush draws and big pairs - also obv sets have you crushed etc.(there's not much money in the pot to be worth putting ur stack in 50% here at best) Also (clearly) you're out of position and are gonna have this problem on the turn all the time, it's very rare it's just gonna ship to you on the flop and there's not too many turns you're gonna wanna lead. check call or c/r the flop try to get some dead money in before you commit yourself, you've got quite a nice hand here.

As played... I think bet/fold the river is fine, he's gonna look you up with any pair here and his shoving range has you crushed of course.
