I'd certainly flat the turn c/r and flat a river lead too because though a fish can easily overvalue his ace here because wow he has trips, he is less likely to get one allin this deep, so there may not be further value. Additionally, if he is bluffing, there won't be any more value anyway unless he bluffs the river too. So yeah, I'd feel bad about it.
