How bad was that play on river? -_- i was paranoid of AA or JJ at first, but he check/called me down til river and then checked on river. so i figured AK or AJ and bet 20 on river as a value bet, not exactly sure why i decided to bet 20 instead of push/check but i just felt it was the right play so to get value from it. then he pushed and i didn't know wtf. was going on. and figured only possiblity was AKc or AA/JJ ; should i just check behind?

I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance, by running away from the scene of an accident.

sorta seems like your bet induced his bluff.

really doesnt look like AA JJ, seems like hes either bluffing because of such a small bet or he has AK AQ clubs.

i really played this hand with my impulse decisions i didn't really stop to think about it (its late and ive been playing for 14 hours)
but i guess i really needed to bet more on turn.

Just because you may have been rivered doesnt mean your turn bet was bad. It allows weakers hands to call and still doesnt give odds to the flush draw.

the river was just played weird and considering the stacks/possible hands he could have its better to just check there rather then try to get value with a bet that will probably induce a bluff or an all in if your behind.
