meh i dunno. you bet the turn pretty small so it might make him a bit more eager to bluff in this spot. but for the type of player you described i dunno if he ever bluffs, especially for that much. if he's so bad i think he might be doing this with AA, KK. tough one.
Also, the way I know that he limpscalls KK is that I've reraised stuff and called him down AK-high only to see stuff like KK and shit so I think he has me pegged like an fish who can't fold
