no this is great. if he calls with anything but the nut flush you're happy about that. if he doesn't call, you probably wouldn't have gotten much more value out of him anyway, because he was most likely bluffing or intending to shutdown unless he outdrew you (maybe he had a set). and this is a big hand where you were relentlessly aggressive on a scary board and didn't get to showdown. this kind of hand pisses people off.

by default, just keep taking the more aggressive of your choices, always. it will play into your image and people will either hate you or fear you, and both put you in control of the table and you gain a huge psychological edge.
