The points you make in the first paragraphs are implying that ja.sam.gale's bluff c/r range will be small and thus his value c/r range will be small too? Should he have c/r with A4? In that case there is only literally only one combo ahead. It seems to me 44 would play it the same on bit2easy's side as 22? Disclaimer Im bad but
