Beats 9T... and FD with no J or 5. Ks blocks many draws.
Was the shove for value or as a bluff? Does J8 fold to shove? |

the amount of money left in the pot faaaar outweighs any of this blocker stuff. it's a pretty clear value shove. |

Right. But Ks is a bad card to have when hero calling because it blocks many bluffs.
As for value shove, he gets value from 99, TT, 7x, maybe AK/AT.
He blocks 88. Don't know if 66 and under plays like this.
He would lose to many hands trapping missed draws, such as KJ, Q9, AJ, or do all of these hands jam river?
If AK is calling down, JT easily calls too.
It's probably very close. What am I missing? |

he very rarely gets value from pairs, and he will be betting 99, TT for value as well as J8s. he is value towning ace high mostly and the occasional 7x
I simmed it for you, and yes it is very close. He is calling with A2-A9s (spades), but does not bluffcatch with AsKx, however he does bluffcatch with half of AxKs.
