Got a new laptop, will be able to play SC II

I am in Germany right now but want an English version, the shops from what I understand sell only the German version. I'm pretty sure one can use the German key with an English installation.

Battle.net sells the game for almost 20 Euros more than the shops, which is disgusting and I'm not going to pay that extra.

So does anyone know how to do this? Want a EU key (can buy from shop) + the game in English.

Just download english installer from blizzards site and use your german cd key - I did the same, I bought a boxed polish version, and dl'ed eng one from the site.

Yeah just register your cdkey and download english client.

i can confirm

I bought German DVD in "Saturn" store
then installed it and was shocked how bad the german sync sounds especially on protoss units
i registerd and did download english installer

everything works perfect !

so no problem for u

Anyone understand why the fuck Blizzard sells the game for highest price on their own website? It makes no sense to me.
I mean, it's a DOWNLOAD, you don't even get a box or anything.

coz you buy them instantly cutting the wait
if you are like "damn i wanna play sc2 badly " at 1am when no shop works and you want it now you wouldnt care so much about an extra few bucks
