Is it +EV or -EV? Also, do the entire hands work with HEM? as in, if i fold preflop, will HEM see the rest of the hand for the rest of the tables stats??

HEM still works and records hands.

It's +EV if you can win at it.

It's -EV if you can't win at it.

Only real difference is volume

Some people have migrated to become exclusively rush players. Im not sure what their motivation is besides volume, but I guess their playstyle is more optimal for a rush environment than normal ring.

bye now

I play 25nl when i want to put in volume/donk around. its super soft.

I'll play 50nl 6max normal otherwise. I win at both games so w/e.

i would think that i could play more loose and steal more pots as everyone else might be playing tighter? My guess is that fish would fold more bc they would just go right into the next hand...so I could steal blinds or win preflop more often...or should i just stick w/ my game that i play right now. thoughts?

i play much tighter when i play rush. you make way more money just playing tight and getting paid off. I don't know about higher stakes though.

yes, yes, yes
rush is good for volume
regulars will notice if you play ubertight (at >= NL100)

Rush is indeed a good place, but I've found it slightly more aggressive pf (especially on nl100 6-max) than the usual games. Also it's kind of easy to grasp after a while which regulars who like to fancy play and those who like to fold and get a new hand.

Variance is a bitch though, because you sometimes find yourself in 'blind' spots; but it probably can help you develop a generic gameplan (which cards that in general are good to barreelll,, spots where you can make some moves and so on).
