Also to clarify, just because projection was first termed by Freud doesn't mean it's rubbish. It's one of the few Freudian concepts which are still believed and believed even stronger now.

Only honest thing ive written is the P.S. part in my last post, thats why i actually bothered to write it with capital letters and sings. Im more than inclined to realize that i have a problem or something like that if you can argument yourself based on only that part of the post. I guess trolling should really be prohibited and I will stop doing it. I've heard of people trolling and pretending they're dumbasses or racist or all sorts of shit. But I'm not too familiar with trolls calling other people those things.

dude it's not about making me happy, it's about stopping shit. Even if u were 100% trolling, other people read that and don't know and it propagates attitudes. Think WWI and how governments promoted nationalism and how people were reflecting on the stupidity of war and their previous pride in fighting for their country. This was epitomized in the classic film All's Quiet on the Western Front. But it's what gave propaganda a bad name. Before WWI, propaganda didn't even have a bad connotation to it. Edward Bernays had to think of a new title for himself and his job after the war actually. He decided to call his office the office of public relations (coining the term) and is now considered the father of public relations. U should read his wiki, it's pretty amazing how easily you can change sentiments and make a country go to war or make it socially acceptable, even encouraged, for women to smoke.

You really should delete that. It's tasteless, uncalled for humor. If you could even call it that. I only assume so because its in the ROFL thread, however, i cannot find any humor in that. A nation was devastated and thousands of people could be dead. Not funny bro.

nuttin wrong with makin fun o tragedies imo cause where does one draw the line? Can u still not make fun o 9/11? I just am against the whole nationalism thing. Comedy is to be taken lightly imo

i agree, about nothign being wrong with making fun of tragedies. I mean it's a subjective thing, and part of what is funny is taboo. Logically, it should be more wrong to make fun of people who are alive than those that are dead. And when does it become acceptable? Is it not fun to make fun of 9/11? titanic? the ppl that died during the plague? the Mongolians always conquering china like in southpark?
