didn't play any poker yesterday because I woke up feeling like total crap, my brain is clogged with phlegm or something.
it persisted until today as well.. bleh. really wanting to play some poker

that makes 4 of us.. what cold remedies and medicines are you guys using? im double-dosing on 'Emergen-C'.. drinking 'Theraflu'.. 'Vicks Vaporizer' running all day.. and 'Nyquil' at night.. is there anything better you guys can think of? |

i eat meals with a lot of garlic/turmeric and i make drinks with colostrum and this stuff ... my last cold lasted a big whole day doing this! |

I'm taking an aleve every 5 hours or so and this stuff called oscillococcinum which is some homeopathic stuff from my grandma, it does ok relieving some stuffy nose type symptoms, also drinking as much water as I can stand and sleeping whenever possible
works ok |

this is fucked, i'm sick as well too. only a cold (throat hurts like a bitch, slight headache). but yeah, i rarely ever get sick |
