I have only played rush-poker a bit for fun before, but yesterday I only had like 30 minutes to play, so I decided to try it out (and had a small success). Today, pretty much EVERYTHING went right. And I also had a lot of lucky jin-turncards as well...

graph:

BR now at 3,6k , probably gonna start 4-tabling nl100 soon... Im a pretty big lifetime winner on NL100 and NL200, so it feels kind of weird feeling that it's a big step. But the 18-19 buyins I lost last month on NL100 probably is one of the reasons.

And hand of the day, I'm not sure about the optimal play here, feel free to comment. I was pretty sure he had a flush, but will he valuebet it if I check (part of me wanted to c/r river, but considering my turn play I felt it would look a bit too suspicious).

Just enjoy it man
Its a good feeling to crush like that, and you should use it to your advantage!
Keep the positive spirit with you and just fire away at the tables

Im not a big fan of c/c on flop, I would rather bet that flop after pfr checks. I mean, its not like you'll feel bad about anything they might do on the flop but I would hate it if it would get checked behind turn. And the turnbet is a tiny bit small, maybe 20-21? The riverbet is fine imo (although I personally never use the potbutton). If he was aggro I might try to induce him with a smallish bet or I might check.

Nice day, keep on truckin and you'll make it to NL100 4tables. If you have any experience with 9max and could tell me if its worth switching to 6max (from a fish/reg-ratio perspective) send me a PM :D

agree with betting the flop - probably a case of things happening on other tables and not thinking it through.

funny story, i experimented with rush last month and in the beginning had a +10 BI session at 1/2 6max in less than 2 hours...and i lost a ton of money continuing to play it every day. i was excited like you are when it happened, but play a lot of hands of it before getting your hopes up. i find it very swingy at 1/2, dunno how nl50 compares though.

fuck I should just sell some of my Pokemon cards, if no one stakes that is what I will have to do - lostaccount

rush = coolers & suckouts. At NL50 you'll probably lose the rest back to the ladder.

bye now

Guess I will keep this updated and see how it goes, I'm pretty aware of when I run good (not talking EV-wise), and this was certainly such time.

Will keep experimenting (gonna play regular NL100 though) on nl50...
