Standard WOW spam, accounts / gold are worth ton of cash, and there is even more stupid 10-16 year olds playing the game that will click the link.
I've read an interesting article lately, that WOW account phishing is becoming a large % of world wide spam, and there are already dedicated trojans only to hijack WOW accounts.
Also I removed the link, dont post it anymore - we dont want ppl to get random trojans on their computers, dont we? |

hm i have never ever recieved such a mail.
I didnt klick the link cause i though there is 50% chance of this being a trojan
but i wasnt too sure so i posted here that people can tell me what exactly this shit is

I get at least a dozen of these a month. Make sure you thoroughly check the spelling, grammar and the actual address of the hot links posted in any emails from 'Blizzard Entertainment' before you click any links.
or, easier: if the email is asking you to log into anything, it's a trojan/key logger. Stay away. |
