Ive been working on my portfolio and made a few new websites.. i updated my work portfolio at www.steinbacherdesign.com and then i got to thinkin about making a new website for ppl like us.. and at first i made a site called gamesnboobs that was just about games and boobs, then i decided i didnt really wanna keep up to date on gaming news and tehre are already so many sites doing that.. so i decided to switch it at the last minute to www.LOLSnBOOBS.com its just a site with funny pics n videos and then lots of hot celebs and their boobs.. Its my frist new website since my epic failure of thepokerloop.com and im deff planning on giving this site more effort and giving it at a minimum of 2 years funding to get a decent fan base.. Any support would be greatly appreciated and any constructive feedback would be cool 2. Im hoping to network with some people for some link exchanges or something for a little more exposure, its still in the development stages so i havent populated the facebook page or anything else yet, but if you wanna fan add it, the buttons on the bottom of the main page.
Other than that, i worked real hard on my sites n stuff all week while sending my resume around to a few diff local places and giving quotes for freelance projects , then on friday i went to eugene to party with my friends down there, went to a pretty sick house party and had a good night, then hung out with rush and zep for the weekend.. now im home and stoaked to see the new 60 mins featuring top gear. Kinda funny cuz america is like the only country where they dont air the new episodes and now 60mins is doing a story on um..
anyways thats about it, my plan for this week is to finish up my portfolio page, keep expanding on lolsnboobs and play some tournaments, my goal is to win one small player pool tourny or just FT a larger MTT sometime this week.

why, not that it makes a really big difference this early, but still always good for SEO purposes - But it give's your website a more professional look that you actually have some knowledge of building websites. I would also recommend you to have a sitemap visible.
If you have had customers, I would not only show the picture of the website, but I would link to it too.
And I really don't want to sound like a dick right now, but the "Garden Thyme Nursery", "Silverton Farmers Market", "Mike Current Site" all look like something a high school kid programmed an afternoon in the late 90's.
I however like what you did with thepokerloop, and your steinbacherdesign.com

you dont sound like a dick, i can take criticism (and i asked for it). Those websites were all done on a very low budget, so sometimes people just get what they pay for.. the silverton farmers market wasnt even done by me, but remade by me for a non profit.. im glad you like the look of the other sites tho, those ones i actually designed.. hopefully i can get either a really good idea or a good freelance project soon where i can put some serious time into a site and try and make something to my full potential |
