I cashed out a bit from FTP and decided to re-deposit some of it this morning. I transferred the money onto my credit card and make the deposit on the site. FTP declines it for some reason so I go check to make sure I put it on my CC and the money is gone.
WTF they declined by transaction but took my money? Anyone else had experience with this? Bahhhh waiting for support bawwwww post

They are a company worth hundreds of millions ...
they have not the slightest intrest in your few hundred bucks
They have a lot of interest in keeping u as a player and earning your rake + becoming bigger
so no worries

I love the panic posts =D
First e-mail I got back was a form e-mail explaining why my transaction had been declined. This pissed me off a bit because they obviously didn't read my e-mail so I replied with the original e-mail but made the sentence about my money being gone size 32 bold red so they couldn't miss it.
Now they've told me it's likely a problem with the pre-authorization payment made by my credit card company...as in they've taken the money out of my account but it was declined by FTP so now it's floating in limbo somewhere.
Looks like I need to wait for the transaction to show up on my netbank (a day or two max) then, when I have the reference # of the transaction, go ask the bank why their system is so broken.
