Downswing reached 9.6k and which drops my roll below 16k so I am moving down to 200nl for the rest of the month. Bright side is the last session just now I felt like I played really good poker for the first time in a while. But ran 1.3k below ev as well as running JJ into QQ, QQ into KK, set into straight, and getting overset. Kinda hard to make money when that occurs. Going in really confident that I will be able to dominate 200nl for the rest of the month.
I got a lot less problems now

One of the best things I did was promise myself to sit and learn 100 NL despite having a really healthy BR. I had a notebook near me and started recording 3bet pot actions. I realized holy shit I can 3bet and cbet and people absolutely fold every single time. (this was before HEM)
I think when you're at the 80 BI mark you can use your buffer to either really start learning the game more deeply or you can use your current knowledge and apply it at the higher stakes. Maybe you can look at this as an opporutnity to really start to learn.
Impressive you move down at a proper bi, I think someone very wise once said. One of the most important things about moving up in stakes is knowing when to drop down xD
Too often when I read blogs it's people going on about busting their roll, super unlucky, you know. Silly stuff
