I currently subscribe to coaching vids at CardPlayerPro.com The site has vids from Isaac Haxton, Ansky, Eddi, Focault, LearnFromTV, etc etc etc. I pay in the mid 20$'s range per month and the site comes out with a 1hr vid every other day on average. Does this site seem good to yall? If I was a mid stakes play I wouldn't give a fuck since 20 something dollars wouldn't mean anything but I've been losing for a while and money will be tight soon I've a continue losing for another month or 2. Any recommendations to switch to another site?
I think Eddi is an awesome coach btw.

I guess my advice might not be taken that seriously due to my DS, but I've tried cardrunners, deuces cracked and bluefire. So far I actually like bluefire the most, and that's only because of DrGiggy really. I haven't had a chance to check out too many of the other guys since Giggy is just sick awesome. He gets you thinking about ranges in a whole different way. I guess you have to watch out for becoming a LAGfish in the process of watching his stuff because he is so awesome and crushes peoples souls.
But yeah, bluefire is worth it just for him, and I think in general they only have really good players who teach, which some of the sites seem to lack. Atleast cardrunners have a few people who don't seem to be winners at all. |

Bluefire is rly good, I don't even watch giggy, felt Niman and Phil were best instructors there.
Tried some at all sites, all have their sick instructors, along with not so sick ones.
Stox has leatherass
Deuces (my fav site) has Tommy Angelo, Balugawhale, foxfiend, krantz
Cardrunners has CTS and Taylor
Leggo has Aejones and Bobbofitos |

LikeASet I definitely recommend you check out Drag the Bar. The site is geared towards low-mid stakes players. All of their cash games coaches are proven winners at the mid-high stakes. They also have great MTT guys like 7delux and Chipsteela. Also, they have Jared Tendler who is a sports psychologist and is very well known for the success he has had working with poker players to reduce tilt, fear, anxiety, etc. I have been a member for a few months now and am loving it. |
