Lost almost 20BI past 40k hands or so at NL50.
Moving down to NL25 and will probably sacrifice February for my SN holiday month.

On the other hand today I am *really* starting to work on my health and life quality today properly(I was ill Monday - Thursday). I put a great deal of work into mindfulness and breathing techniques over the past two months, but that needs to be supported by nutrition, goal setting, exercise and relationships for me to to win at the game of life (i.e. do whatever I am doing to my maximum potential).

P.S. I never bore of watching this

gl lem0n grind it back. prob cut down the tables; i went on like a 45 bi downer other night playing hella high and tired on 16 stacked tables at 3am. Least it was at the 25nl tho

Yo, I read Kabat-zinn's "wherever you go there you are" mindful meditation and have done it for about a week and it seems to be amazing to do meditation for even 10 minutes a day. For health I would recommend taking omega 3 fish oil and a multivitamin, should be good to go after that !
