Just checked the tracker, and I've played 45hours so far this month, still feel I've barely played anything, maybe I'll reach my goal of 80 hours xD (weee)

With the training, I did good first days, but I'm struggling hard with my illness thingy. Fruktosemalabsorpsjon thingy.

But yesterday I got a 2 hour session with this super food nutrition doctor expert, and it was priceless to me, found out so much lol.

Found out that what I have will make people tired, and a word I couldn't find translation for in English. But if I had to try and explain it, it makes me extra lazy, fatigued, not taking initative, not being active, something along those lines.

What it is is, im allergic to sugar, half of the molekyle atleast, fructose, and if I get any, I can't go to the toilet, and my stomach gets painful and hard, and the longer it goes on, the more tired I get, the more I sleep, and the more fucked up everything gets.

But made me feel really good, to hear from the doctor that It's a serious condition, and I'm not THAT lazy after all xD

weee

Seen 4 poker vods or so, gotten to page 10 in one poker book, and page 30 in one, so some catching up to do there as well.

sucks about the illness. Try not to let it hold you back so much. Instead of thinking "oh i'm supposed to be tired so I'll be tired" try and think " i'm supposed to be tired but I'm going to find a way to have energy"

Yeah, I've "felt" something was wrong for a few years. 2-3 years ago I was so sick I was just laying in a bed 18 hours a day thinking my time was over lol, because the city I lived in no doctor's knew what was wrong, but then my dad came n saved me xD

And I got a super doctor who tested for everything, and they found out my stomach doesn't take up fructose, so I'm in a way allergic to all sugar types, and I used to eat only food with sugar in it, even the milk was like, with chocolate flavour or strawberry lol. But when I cut all that out I got a lot better, gained some weight and could start to live again lol.

I'm thinking really positive about the whole thing, I'm never gonna dwell in the past anymore, feel sorry for myself or anything like that, I'm positive I'll get really good in poker, and I've started to read/study all kinds of stuff, it's really fascinating lol.

Last few weeks I've heard all the audio tracks, lessons of mastery Anthony Robbins, recommend those. He talks about so much interessting stuff, like. He belives what we all seek is pleassure, joy, and we want to avoid fear/pain. To truly feel content and have a lasting happiness, we need to maintain our health/physice, our social life (family, friends, gf, pets etc), and our work/hobby/passion, and the trick was to just improve in one of them, everyday, no matter how small or insignificant, just do one thing better, understand something u didn't or learn something new. And think about that when you go to bed, and you'll feel content and eager to improve next day.

Think he said constantly trying to improve everyday and enjoy doing it.

Oj, went on a ramble lol, thanks for positive replies <3

The Norwegian word was "tiltaksløshet" but something tells me that don't tell you much lol.

45 hours feels like nothing to me, I used to grind so much in whatever I wanted to get good at. Did the stupid Grand Marshal grind when I played wow, I often think bout how amazing It would be if I could do that with poker xD
