I had some earlier goals. Scratch that. I'm just going to play good poker, cash out when I feel like, move up how I want I'm not pressed for money
no goals, no monetary targets. just play good poker and lots of it. thats my modus operandi and how i work best.

told monetary goals aren't that good, but vague goals are almost just as bad. Cool you're movin in the right direction, just try to set more specific goals. Setting a goal to play good poker won't really do anything even though you probably know what good poker is.
ex. look at leaks from previous samples, can pick a stat or two then set a goal to have those two stats be closer to an optimal range.

Yep, monetary goals suck, but agree with LikeASet, that your new goal is not very strong. Made another small goals, like see 2 new videos/week, try to play 22/20, review every session 15 minutes, immediately quit when tilting etc. You must keep learning and focusing, not only "play good poker"... :-) |
