I think Chewits got it pretty accurately
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/762278

And I can't control it when I am tired.

So my plan is to either :

A) not play tired
B) Get rid of my addictive gambol personality

I am working on A, any suggestions on how to tackle B) are welcome.

wtf are u doing in the hand 762278

edit: play ur good hands strong and fold the rest at 10nl, these arent good spots at 10nl even if u think he is bluffing, let him bluff catch him with a good hand, no need to hero call at 10 nl, its costing money big time, i just went to a fase off this at 50nl --> its a loosing one if you are not god !!!!!!!

This is not about me not knowing how to play hands. I simply knew that my play is horrendous during the hand but something inside me comes out when I am not focused/ am tired that forces me to do complete opposite of what I am thinking or I believe is the best.

I didn't think and my game makes no sense, I just stopped for like 5 minutes after the hand with my mouth wide open - my hands just did the exact opposite of what I was very strongly thinking and planning to do at every single street in that hand.

I was beating NL50 at 4bb/100 over 70k+ hands sample before I started working.
I had these blackouts back then was I was a full time grinder, but it was no more than 10BI during 1 month/100k hands as I had plenty of time for recovery and could focus only on poker.

Now its like 30BI per 50k hands and it makes me breakeven at NL25 jsus -.-

Clearly you were trying to create a loose table image, not like you had zero equity anyways :D... good play IMO

Table image at NL10 is just lol

Its really funny cause I 3bet some villains with 100% (One Hundred percent) of my range when they are first raisers, I vary cbet sizing from 30% of the pot to 95% of the pot at the exact same board against the very same villains all over again depending if I hit and it still makes zero difference to how they play against me -,-.
