How can it happen so consistently that I am able to beat a game 10 sessions in a row and then lose exactly everything I make within 15 minutes into the 11th session? This pattern has happened 4-5 times in a row now. I never knew run bad could be so methodical.
Some hands (all happening within 15 minutes)

if you have decent tilt control it doesn't matter if you win during 100 sessions and lose in one, the average is the only thing that matters |

I run bad every day . I actually don't win flips, its pretty insane really. My lifetime All-In Ev (which is pure math after the money goes in) is ridiculously terribad at PLO50 and PLO100.
That being said - some advice with your big PP's. Look to have a couple of strong supporting cards. Rather than bare KKxx/AAxx type hands. Like 9+ whenever possible. It'll help kill the outs of most of those 60/40's you'll flip with on the flop when you hit your set. It can easily boost you up to 70/30 when they think they are flipping. |

heehee, maybe you should not play every third day?

I think that by "standard" he meant "Well, thought luck mate but we both are poker players - we both know how it is. You win some, you lose, and if you keep playing well at the end of the year you've lost less than you've won. Better just live with it until then, and remember that these happen for everyone". |

I know run bad is standard, it's the weird consistency of doomsiwtch always dropping me at exactly where I started. My account balance has a weird way of returning to it's starting spot every 3 days. Which is the same as what it was at 3 weeks ago when I cashed out some. |
