Most people aren't mentally strong enough to be professional poker players. When you run bad or get coolered 10 times in a row, dont look for pity or sympathy that will just feed your weak mental state. When you can turn your emotions off, you will reach the next level in your game.

I think that it doesn't bother me too much initially, like losing 10 buyins in a day isnt a big deal, but continued run bad/play bad over a decent duration of time makes my emotions rape my decisions in life
