OK. I just achieved platinum star and have excessive FPP. I am planning on entering Sunday Million satellites (The weekly platinum star + ones). The question is, if I win one, should I use the ticket, or sell it to boost my bankroll, or even play SNGs with it? I'm a NL25 player, and am winning around 6.5 BB/100. As far as MTTs go, I have little experience, but I've played a lot of 45/90/180 SNGs and have a pretty decent idea of what I'm doing, although I don't know how I would handle a $215 cooler. That being said, I guess I am just looking for someone to tell me "Take a shot!" so I can snap enter the Sunday Million.

playing it sounds like a stupid idea if you arent rolled to play a huge variance $215 tournament with your regular roll. like i always say in these threads that come up time and time again, treat winning the satellite as just winning $215 in your regular cashgames as it's just extra money in your bankroll either way at the end of the day. if youre a cashgame player you should just play the sats and sell the T$ (plenty of people will snap buy it for 99.5%) and use the regular money in cashgames youll be able to move up faster |

Why would smart people like Ket endorse something that is proven to not work? Sell it and work on moving up. That's 8 buy-ins for NL25. |

Your edge in the million is probably minimal, add some huge variance to that and not playing becomes the obv choice.

don't play the sunday million but you should use the ticket + $320 to play the sunday 500 less people = better chance to win imo |

very nice at the P Star!
From a tournament player stand point even sateliting into the Sunday Million is still very high variance. I don't suggest it, I suggest to continue grinding it out. In the end it all depends on your bankroll management. |
