When this started my roll was at 9.5k...I've pretty much lost all confidence in hands, I mean I'm hesitant about calling all ins pre with KK cuz they ALWAYS have AA for the last 5k hands (happened 8 times).
anyway roll at 5.2k..moving back down to 100nl if it hits 4k til I make back up to 5k where I'll then restart 200nl. This is so frustrating

that's like what happened to me when I hit 11k the first time.
You should take a break. Like a few days. No matter how calm you think you are I'm sure there's at least some deep down tilt which will have you off your game, and if you're even thinking about folding KK pre for 100bb then there's some tilt in there =)
